A beautiful Art Deco sapphire and diamond coronet cluster engagement / dress ring set in platinum.
The ring predominantly features a natural and unheated light blue sapphire which is encased in a platinum millegrain setting. The sapphire is then surrounded by a halo of 12 single cut diamonds which are also encased in identical millegrain settings.
The setting of the diamonds create this beautiful scalloped edged detailing around the sides of the ring which emphasises the size of the central sapphire. Due to the design this ring is extremely versatile and could be worn as an engagement ring or a beautiful ‘other hand’ ring.
There is an estimated total sapphire weight of 1.70 carats. There is an estimated total diamond weight of 0.59 carats. These diamonds have been estimated as G-H in colour with ranging clarity of VS2-SI1.
The ring is currently a UK finger size O 1/2 (USA size 7 1/4) but this can be resized for a perfect fit before dispatch! for size reference the head of the ring measures 1.2 x 1.2 centimetres and there is a gross weight of 4.2 grams. The ring is not stamped but has been expertly tested for platinum!
