A rather interesting pair of vintage Poiray pink and orange sapphire earrings set in 18k yellow and white gold.
Each earring is predominantly set with a round cut sapphire. Uniquely the two sapphires are different colours, one being a vibrant pink and the other a warm orange, which makes the pair incredibly striking once on the ear lobe. Each stone is securely rubover set, and the earrings are secured to reverse with omega clip fittings. Posts can be added upon request!
The mixture of warm autumnal colours in the earrings is extremely striking and the sapphire sparkle beautifully.
The earrings measure approximately 2.0 x 1.2 centimetres and have a combined weight of 19.1 grams. There is an estimated combined sapphire weight of 2.60 carats. They are both signed and stamped Poiray, 750 (for 18k gold).
