18ct white gold diamond and ruby drop earrings in an open work clover vintage design. The earrings feature a round faceted ruby rub over set in the centre with grain set diamonds in the surround and a single round brilliant cut diamond rub over set on top as an accent with beautiful delicate millegrain detailing and lever back fittings.
