18ct white gold diamond and ruby drop earrings in an open work clover vintage design. The earrings feature a round faceted ruby rub over set in the centre with grain set diamonds in the surround and a single round brilliant cut diamond rub over set on top as an accent with beautiful delicate millegrain detailing and lever back fittings. The earrings measure 20mm in length and 11mm in width with a total diamond carat weight of 0.18ct and ruby weight of 0.20ct.
