Vintage Retro Inspired Cabcochon Amethyst Earrings

A stylish pair of vintage retro cabochon amethyst and diamond earrings set in 18k yellow gold.

Each earring is predominantly composed of a vibrant round cabochon amethyst stone which is securely rub over set above a retro design in yellow gold. The design underneath the cabochon is set with a panel of round brilliant cut diamonds, which add the perfect amount of sparkle to the pair. The earrings are secured to reverse with a omega clip fitting, posts can be added for pierced ears upon request.

Due to the design and size of the earrings they can be worn for a variety of occasions! The contrast of the purple colouring from the amethysts against the yellow gold and diamonds makes the earrings stand out nicely on the ear.

There is a total diamond weight of 0.72 carats. These diamonds range from G-H in colour with VS clarity. The amethysts are cut ‘en cabochon’ and have been beautifully matched in colour; they measure 15.5-millimetres in diameter. For size reference, the earrings measure 2.3 x 2.6 centimetres in size and they have a combined weight of 26.8 grams. There are hallmarked 759 on the omega clip fitting.
