Vintage Moonstone and Diamond Lightning Bolt Drop Earrings

A beautiful pair of vintage moonstone and diamond lightning bolt drop earrings set in 14k yellow gold.

Each earring predominantly features a drop composed of a beautiful pear-shaped cabochon moonstone. This moonstone is then finely haloed by round brilliant cut diamonds which perfectly contrast the central stone. The drop hangs from a diamond set lightening bolt stud and the pair are secured to reverse with a post and butterfly fitting.

Due to the design and size these earrings could be worn for a variety of occasions. Moonstone is renowned for its optical properties and subtly displays rainbow effects once in certain lighting. These unique properties make these earrings a particularly unique piece of jewellery to own.
