A beautiful pair of vintage tassel drop earrings set in 18k yellow gold.
Each earring consists of a beautiful tassel capped with a polished yellow gold cap. Each element of the tassel is composed of a box link chain which creates this fantastic effect once on the ear. The drop hangs from a simple Shepard’s hook fitting.
Due to the design and size these earrings could be worn for a variety of occasions. The unique design makes these earrings a true one-of-a-kind pair of earrings.
For size reference, the earrings measure 4.1 x 0.7 centimetres, and they have a combined weight of 6.4 grams. Typical of the era the earrings are not hallmarked however have been tested for 18k gold. A valuation for insurance and authenticity will be provided upon purchase. Circa, 1970,
