Vintage Chopard Black and White Diamond ‘Happy Diamonds’ Ring

A unique vintage Chopard black and white diamond ‘Happy Diamonds’ ring set in 18k white gold.

The ring depicts an open-heart motif with three floating rub-over set diamonds to centre. The diamonds float in a crystal topped casing and the heart is pave set completely with round cut black diamonds. The heart sits onto of a graduating 1 centimetre band that is pave set halfway with white diamonds. The contrast of the white and black diamonds is superb, and the ring stands out beautifully on the finger.

Due to the design and size, this ring could be worn for a variety of occasions.

There is a total of 67 black diamonds within the ring which have a total weight of 0.55 carats. There is a total of 74 white diamonds which have a total carat weight of 0.60 carats, estimated G-H in colour with VS clarity. The ring is currently a UK finger size K 1/2 (USA finger size 5 1/2) but this can be resized slightly for a perfect fit. For size reference the width of the head measures 1.4 centimetres (from the widest point) and the ring sits 0.7 centimetres in height. There is a gross weight of exactly 15.1 grams. The ring is signed and hallmarked Chopard, 750.
