Vintage Boucheron ‘Hans The Hedgehog’ Diamond and Sapphire Ring

A unique vintage Boucheron diamond and sapphire ‘Hans the Hedgehog’ bombe ring set in 18k white gold.

From the current ‘Hans the Hedgehog’ collection, the ring is composed of a charming little hedgehog which sits perfectly on the finger. The hedgehogs face is pave set with round brilliant cut diamonds and accented with two vibrant sapphire eyes. Lastly Hans is then further embellished with a single round brilliant cut black diamond for a nose.

Once worn the piece truly comes to life. This ring is a truly unique piece and stands out beautifully on the finger once worn.

There is a total diamond weight of 0.16 carats, estimated G-H in colour with VVS clarity. There is a total black diamond weight of 0.01 carats and a total sapphire weight of 0.02 carats. The ring is currently a size 52, UK finger size L 1/2 (USA size 6) but this can be resized slightly for a perfect fit. The ring is lastly stamped 52, BOUCHERON, Au750 with the serial number H76349. There is a total weight of 6.8 grams.

For size reference, the head of the ring measures 2.0 x 1.5 centimetres (from the widest points). The ring is in a slightly bombe design and sits 0.7 centimetres off the finger. The piece is accompanied by a complimentary valuation for insurance and proof of ownership purposes.
