Art Deco Style GIA D-Coloured Diamond and Sapphire Target Ring

A rather unique Art Deco inspired GIA certified sapphire and diamond target ring set in 18k yellow gold.

The ring is predominantly set with a sparkly GIA-certified D-coloured emerald cut diamond, which is bezel set securely to the centre. Surrounding this beautiful diamond is a target of calibre set blue sapphire stones, which contrast beautifully against the yellow gold. The shoulders of the ring are each set with four round brilliant cut diamonds, which flow round to a 2.5-millimetre yellow gold band.

Due to the size and design of the ring, this could be paired nicely with a wedding and/or eternity band. The ring is ‘wed-set’, meaning it would sit flush against other rings.

The central diamond is GIA certified as 0.93 carats in total, graded D in colour (the highest colour grade) with VS1 clarity. Although hidden by the setting, the diamond is inscribed on the girdle with the GIA report number. The report number is 5221961691. Within the mount, there is an additional diamond weight of 0.10 carats, estimated G-H in colour with VS1 clarity. There is a total sapphire weight of 0.60 carats. The ring is currently a UK finger size K (USA finger size approximately 5 ¼), but this can be sized upon request for a perfect fit. The ring is hallmarked 750 (for 18k gold), 0.93 to reflect the central stone weight.

For size reference, the ring head measures 0.9 x 1.1 centimetres and has a gross weight of 3.6 grams.
