Retro Nephrite and Coral Leaf and Berries Brooch

A highly unique nephrite and coral leaf and berries brooch set in 14k yellow gold.

This beautifully crafted piece is designed as a floral-esque spray and is predominantly set with hand carved naturalistic nephrite leaves. Amongst the leaves are six perfectly matched reddish-orange coral beads that depict juicy berries within the branch. The spray is further embellished with a solid yellow gold stem. The brooch is secured to reverse with a foldable pin and barrel clasp fitting.

Due to the size and design this brooch would look fabulous on a coat or jacket.

For size reference the brooch measures 6.0 x 3.5 centimetres (from the widest points) and there is a gross weight of 13.91 grams. The brooch is hallmarked 585 (for 14k gold), makers mark ‘IB’. Condition is good for the age however there are very minor chips to the nephrite leaf tips which are unnoticeable to the eye.
