A beautiful ruby and diamond Toy Poodle dog pin brooch set in 18k rose gold.
The brooch depicts a standing Toy poodle which is set with a pavé round brilliant cut diamond collar. The dogs fur has been hand carved in 18k rose gold to give the brooch naturalistic features. You’ll see that the maker has really enhanced the key ‘teddy bear’ features of the poodle breed such as the iconic rounded tail. Lastly, the poodle is accented with two vibrant red ruby eyes and a polished rose gold nose.
Due to the size and design this brooch would be a perfect addition to a jumper and/or coat. A perfect gift for any dog lover!
The brooch is secured to reverse with a hinged pin and barrel clasp fitting. It measures exactly 2.5 x 2.8 centimetres and has a gross weight of 16.4 grams. There is a total diamond weight of 0.08 carats which are estimated to be G in colour with VS clarity. The brooch is handmade in England and is hallmarked 18k gold.
