A lovely diamond and emerald frog pin brooch set in 18k white gold.
The brooch depicts a sitting frog which is pavé set with 12 round brilliant cut diamonds. The rest of the frog body has been beautifully hand craved with a textured effect giving the frog naturalistic features. Lastly the frog is then accented with two rub over set emerald eyes.
Due to the size and design this brooch would be a perfect addition to a jumper and/or coat.
The brooch is secured to reverse with a hinged pin and barrel clasp fitting. It measures exactly 1.4 x 1.6 centimetres and has a gross weight of 4.3 grams. There is a total diamond weight of 0.54 carats which are estimated to be G in colour with VS-VS2 clarity. The brooch is handmade in England and is hallmarked 18k gold.
