A beautiful vintage Van Cleef & Arpels coral and diamond bracelet set in 18k yellow gold and platinum.
The bracelet is designed as a continuous row of fluted oval coral cabochon of an orange-pink colour, connected by bead and chevron capitals which are grain-set with three round brilliant-cut diamonds in platinum-on-gold. The bracelet is secured by a highly unique pin and clip clasp fitting which is extremely secure once on the wrist.
Due to the design and size this bracelet stands out beautifully on the wrist. The contrast of the coral against the sparkly diamonds is subtle yet incredibly elegant.
For size reference the bracelet measures 17.5 centimetres in length and 1.1 centimetres in thickness. There is a gross weight of 44.6 grams. There is a total diamond weight of 1.44 carats which are estimated to be E-F in colour with VVS clarity. The bracelet is signed and hallmarked on the inside with French hallmarking’s for gold and platinum, VCA (for Van Cleef & Arpels), with the serial number 104787. Circa 1965.
