A stunning Art Deco diamond and platinum bracelet from the late 1920s, with millegrain and openwork detailing. Comprised of three stylised pierced openwork rectangular hinged sections connected by three diamond-set circlets secured with diamond-set flattened-hoop spacers, each section centrally rubover-set with a transitional round brilliant-cut diamond in an open-back setting, flanked by a line of five additional transitional round brilliant-cut diamonds on each side, also rubover-set on open-back millegrain settings, with an outer border of grain-set Old European brilliant-cut diamonds. The connecting circlets are grain-set with a medley of transitional round brilliant-cut and Old European brilliant-cut diamonds, the last one serving as an invisible clasp affixed with a safety chain. The estimated total gem weight is of 9.57 carats, G/H colour (assessed) and VS clarity (assessed). The bracelet’s length is 7 inches, but it could be changed to order. Weight: 24.8g.
